I regretfully have to dock this Playstation PS5 Controller + PS Portal dock 1 star for one pretty significant design flaw in my opinion. But let's get to the Pros first, because there are many.1) Packaged nicely and would make an excellent gift for any Playstation gamer, with or without a PS Portal.2) The included USB cord Is very long which I appreciate as often items include very small short cords.3) The dock is very easy to set up and easy to use. Both the controllers and my Portal fit on it easily and quickly with little to no fuss.4) The RGB lighting, which can be turned on and off by holding the button, is really nice and vibrant in a variety of colors as well as the glorious rainbow color cycle which is my preferred option. However, this is where I must dock the dock one point as well (see what I did there?)In addition to the RGB Lighting strip that spans the base rim, each charging port also has a dedicated bright (emphasis on BRIGHT) blue/red light to indicate where you device is at charging. Did I mention it is super incredibly bright? It cannot be turned off and it can't be covered up with tape or anything. it's so bright. I hate it. Especially because the controllers and the PS Portal already have built-in visible charging indicators that are much much dimmer.This might not be a problem for people who don't mind the lights or aren't lazy like me and are willing to get up and unplug the dock whenever it is finished charging.
