I'm surprised I hadn't previously heard of this game now that I've played and seen how good it is. I only saw it because it was a recommended item on Amazon when I was browsing for something else. It was on sale, and on a whim, I thought I'd buy it. I'm glad I did.In Sound Mind is just about as good as any Resident Evil game I've played. It has difficulty settings that can make it more story focused, complete survival horror, or somewhere in between. The environments and aesthetics are very well done. The imagery and sound design give you an eerie feeling without ever actually making you feel outright frightened. The puzzles are not overly complex, and are intuitive. I found them to be a little on the easy side, but they were still enjoyable. The game is not breaking any new ground, but what it does, it does well. If you enjoy creepy survival games, I'd recommend In Sound Mind.
