I didn't like the way the bright white case of the PS5 looked in my living room and with my black entertainment center and furniture. It really stuck out. I considered the colored replacement panels but wasn't too sure about replacing those and was happy to find this that just slips right over the unit, no need to remove anything. It installs in seconds. The fit is perfect. Everything exposed and working like it should. No heat issues. The only thing that's less than absolutely terrific is that it doesn't cover a little bit of the white parts in the front completely. But the coverage is good enough that you don't notice that unless you're looking deliberately at it. Infinitely better than the super noticable all white look it's covering. And it helps keep the console more slip proof, too.
