Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a Thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable. What if my laptop doesn't have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook ) Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter. What should I do if my monitor flickers? Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package. Is this monitor a touchscreen? No, this monitor is a non-touch screen. My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable? Only some series of Samsung phones(Galaxy S8/S9/S10/S20/S21/S22series; Galaxy Note8/9/10/20series; Galaxy Fold, Z Fold 2/3/4) work with the monitor by the original USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets need an HDTV cable to work.

Pros:Dual monitorCostI travel quite a bit and was looking for an option to have a decent size second monitor without having to lug my large monitor with stand from home. This was the perfect option for the price and quality. The 15.6in monitor is light weight and thinner than my laptop and fits in the computer bag nicely with the laptop and allows for a bigger screen for working. Easy set up at my travel locations and it comes with the needed cables to plug and play.Just used it while camping at the lake for Labor Day weekend. Next trip it will take a plane ride so I can work and have fun at the same time. Quality of the monitor is great, color is great. Purchased this after doing research and based on the rating score and reading reviews and it hasn't disappointed. I plan to get another monitor so that I can have 3 monitors while traveling.I would definitely recommend this monitor and I did tell a co-worker about, who then purchased it as well and loves it.
